4. Non-Circumvention
You agree not to contact the business owner, employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, or business partners directly without the prior written approval of The Bradley Business Group.
All communications regarding the opportunity must be conducted through The Bradley Business Group.
5. Return or Destruction of Information
If you choose not to pursue the opportunity, you agree to destroy or delete any confidential materials received upon request.
6. No Representation or Warranty
